Bad picture all scrambled

Just yesterday mid morning my picture went bad, like all scrambled.

Is the camera bad or do I try to reboot the system?

Thank you for contacting BloomSky. The troubleshoot for camera or sensor issues is quite simple. Go ahead and power off the device for a minute and then back on. This will reset the camera and sensors. If the reading or picture does not return to normal, it is defective.
