When I enable and link Bloom Sky skill to my Bloom Sky account, Alexa replies with "Alexa having trouble accessing Bloom Sky skill". This was working until a few days ago. Any changes we need to know about?
Thanks for reporting this bug, I have created a ticket with my engineers to get this fixed ASAP.
I do not think this should take more than a week. They do have to do a little research since the engineer who set up the Alexa integration is no longer here. But, i will push them to get it back up and running in that time frame.
