Several years ago I contacted Support because I discovered that my BloomSky had started reporting actual air pressure instead of the corrected sea level pressure. You made some sort of software change which solved this problem. I have just noticed that this problem has now recurred. Can you please look into this.
I am in the UK and I have a recollection ( possibly wrong) that this problem may previously have been connected with the change from summer time (daylight saving) to winter.
Thank you for contacting BloomSky. The first troubleshoot for camera or sensor issues is quite simple. Go ahead and power off the device for a minute and then back on. This will reset the camera and sensors. If the reading or picture does not return to normal, it is likely defective. If it is just a matter of conversion, would you mind letting me know where you are seeing this issue, if the app, let me know the version of the app and type of phone you are using.
