Hello Russ,

1. You can’t have two DHCP servers (routers) running on a subnet; either old router or new router but not both at once. You may read here:
https://bloomsky.desk.com/customer/portal/questions/17539926-storm-not-connecting-to-new-router

2. Storm-A1 (network dongle) is connected to your router/switch via Ethernet LAN cable. You only need to plug the dongle directly to your new router or network switch connected to the new router.
The Storm – Sky pairing is kept as long as you don’t reset it and so you don’t need to take any action regarding the pairing.

3. You have two options how to connect Sky to your new wireless router:
Option A
Log into the web interface of your new wireless router and change there both wireless network name and password to the ones used on the old router. So to say to configure (keep) your old wireless network on the new router.

Option B
Connect your phone or tablet to the new wireless network.
Open BloomSky app and tap:
Menu – your Sky Device name – Router Connection Reset and then select your new WiFi network and enter its password.

Have a nice day,

Vitek
