Storm connection

I just changed my router and it no longer has a internet connection available for the Storm dongle. I see the Storm on my phone app and the battery condition, but no wind data is coming through. Can I use a hub on my network to connect it? Do I need to pair it with the Storm device again if I do this?

I can only guess that your new modem/router has only a single Ethernet port and you have more than one Ethernet (LAN) cable connected device on your network. If this is a case you need to use network switch to get more Ethernet ports on your network.

Interconnect modem/router with the network switch and then plug in network cable from Storm-A1 dongle into the switch along with all other devices you need.

No. Sky and Storm remain paired until you either "Delete STORM Device" in BloomSky app or reset the Sky and/or Storm.
