Temperature not reporting

My Sky 2 is offline & not reporting temperatures. My Storm is working fine, wind I rebooted the router, power cycled the device, it worked once but went offline again and did not restore after successive tries.

Thank you for contacting BloomSky. The troubleshoot for camera or sensor issues is quite simple and exactly as you said. You would go ahead and power off the device for a minute and then back on. This would reset the camera and sensors. If the reading or picture does not return to normal, it is defective. Hi Nick,

What ultimately resolved the problem is when I went into "Device Settings"and did a "Router Connection Reset" rather than power cycling my router and device. All has been good since.

What might be helpful to others is when this was happening, no temp and no camera updates the device wifi indicator was alternating between green and red.
