My Sky 2 is offline & not reporting temperatures. My Storm is working fine, wind I rebooted the router, power cycled the device, it worked once but went offline again and did not restore after successive tries.
Thank you for contacting BloomSky. The troubleshoot for camera or sensor issues is quite simple and exactly as you said. You would go ahead and power off the device for a minute and then back on. This would reset the camera and sensors. If the reading or picture does not return to normal, it is defective.
