How do I update the firmware of my Sky2 and Storm devices? I e-mailed Support on 2019-04-27 but after a week I have not yet received a reply.
Thanks for the post. I searched my inbox and could not locate your email, had you emailed “firstname.lastname@example.org”? I just wanted to double check that I was receiving all my emails. In any case, the STORM firmware must be manually pushed by us. I will go ahead and do so, as soon as you plug your STORM into the dongle it will begin updating. It should take about 2 hours to complete. The SKY is automatically updated, over the air. It will receive updates when necessary. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks for the follow up. There is no way to trigger the update from the device, it will update automatically if the update applies to your device.
