Offline again

My Sky 1worked great for about Two years. Gave me some problems when Comcast switched routers. Then it worked for a week. Now it I is offline again. I’ve reset, deleted and added, pulled the battery and switched routers. No luck. It will send a pic when I push the reset button momentarily. No temp reading. No on ever answered the phone and I’m very disappointed.

James, The device name is Nuthatch Base , Telford, PA
The unit was installed in 2016. I do not have the order number.I've been emailing with Nick but its still offline. Thx
