Storm not connecting during the evening

Hello my Storm and Sky 2 are seem to work well but at night the Storm does not transmit any data.
What should be OK: the receiver for the storm is well connected and very close to the storm.
What is odd: the battery level of the Storm after beeing cherged for 2 days appear to be 70+ % and fluctuate during the day between 65 and 75 with no reason at all.

Today on weather underground I have data from the Storm for 9am to 5pm with wind, wind direction, UV but nothing from the rain when it was raining the all day...

Further more the only data showed in Bloomsky (table view, are from 2:16pm to 2:26pm) and no rain as well

What is wrong with my Storm? (The Sky seem to work well)

Hello Thanks for the answer, as requested I put my Storm S1 in charge (5v) without the solar panel. As soon as I plug it into the charger it starts to send info again it was 7:36 PM for some strange reason at 9:24 PM the Storm stop to transmit data.
I let it charge anyway overnight and the next day I put it, unplug next to the Storm A1 (connected) but still no transmission or sign of life from the Storm S1. After a few hours, a connected The S1 to the A1 with the USB cable and it starts transmitting again.

What shall I do?

I can return it as it is brand new, I can change the batteries, (I saw the tutorial) but the opening of the case seems to be difficult, and I m afraid to break it or to lose guarantee.

On another note, when I check the transmitted data on wunderground and on dashboard.bloomsky.com/user I do not have the same input, there is far less data on dashboard.bloomsky.com/user.

Hello Lloyd,

No doubts the battery in your Storm is dead on arrival.

As the unit is new I would ask BloomSky for a free replacement. The best would be to send an email to BloomSky mentioning the serial number of your Storm.

In the mean time, if you wish, you can continue using the Storm but leave it permanently plugged into USB charger.

Regarding the data on the BloomSky dashboard.
Select one day once in the dashboard and click an icon to show the data as a table instead as a graph. You can also download these data – an icon Get raw CSV.

The BloomSky station is sending all data from the station directly into the Amazon cloud. The BloomSky dashboard, Weather Underground and similar then query and download the data from the Amazon cloud and may or may not display all the data on their respective web page. Which depends on how the web page is programmed. I think there is an API which enables to retrieve all the data for the particular weather station from the Amazon cloud.
