temps are not reporting live

Lately my temperature reporting is about an hour behind the actual time. Seems like it not longer reports LIVE temps. It use to show current live temps. What's up?

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the issue. May I ask what you have named your device to check into this for you? The main troubleshoot for a temperature sensor is to power off the device, please go ahead and do so. If you are still having issues, email me at “support@bloomsky.com”.
