I have reset my STORM several times and I can't get my wind data to report. Any help would be appreciated it. Will the firmware update solve my issue?
It is possible that there is a transmission issue with your STORM and your device needs to be updated. Please bring in your STORM and plug it back into your dongle, I have already queued the system to automatically update it once plugged in. Please leave the STORM plugged in for about 2 hours for the update to take hold. It will then be safe to take outside and test.
