On Aug 2, a week ago, my Sky2, LakeCobbosseeSky, stopped connecting to my router. I did a router connection reset, and I got a "Congratulations!" message, so presumably, I was reconnected, though the app showed no evidence that I was online.
I continued to try resets every day, and on Aug 5, my Sky2 started to work for a few hours, before going offline again. Interestingly, the camera images stopped first, then temp and humidity. On Aug 7, at night, I noticed the temp and humidity readings had updated, and the map showed that a Bloomsky was online at my location. However, it didn't stay online, and has been off since then.
Trying to reconnect, I notice the Green power light no longer flashes. The two Red lights continue to flash.
Sorry for the delay in response. May I ask if you were both using an iPhone to set up? A bug was discovered this morning having something to do with the bluetooth in iPhones. Would you go ahead and turn the bluetooth off and then back on and attempt set up once more. The issue should be resolved now. If not, please power cycle your phone.
