Anyone else receive an email saying that their Bloomsky firmware had been updated? I did but now my Bloomsky is completely non functional. Support told me that I could buy a new one since I am out of warranty, but it was working fine before they updated it...
I’d like to check on this for you. What is your device named? These firmware updates were only pushed to devices already malfunctioning as checked by our engineers. Have you done any troubleshooting since you noticed it offline?
You will need to reconnect this to your network. What you want to do is hard reset (hold down the WiFi button for 8-10 seconds, release the button, WiFi light will be flashing red & green) the device, click menu—>[SE Aurora]—> router connection reset. This should get your device back up and running again. Make sure your phone is connected to the SSID you want to connect the SKY to.
If you are still having issues getting the device back up online please take note of the WIFi light when it fails and that will help me diagnose what is going on with it.
