After discovering that the wind speed on mt Storm/BloomSky device was not being recorded, I tried the fix mentioned here previously, i.e. bring device in, attach to dongle, leave for two hours or overnight to update the firmware.
The firmware didn't update after 3 attempts, so gave up.
Can anyone help?
Did you speak to support about updating the device? To update the firmware, it must be manually pushed by one of us. So If you brought the device in without alerting us, there would be no firmware queued to be pushed to your device. I see you are still running the old firmware, and I can queue your device right now. Please let me know how it goes.
