Storm not delivering rain data

Getting readings from Storm for wind with no probem. Rain data ok for a few days. Now no info at all in the wake of a hefty Miami down pour. Unit is brad new. Any suggestions? Thanks

Sorry to hear about the issue, May I ask what the name of your device is? I would like to check on this for you. It could be a dongle issue. Please also let me know what color it is flashing. Rapid green, breathing green, or breathing red? If this is a replacement, did you use the new dongle to set it up as well?

Hello Steffen,

It could be a transmission issue with your STORM. We have developed an update to help with STORM devices with this issue. Please bring in your STORM and plug it back into your dongle, I have already queued the system to automatically update it once it is. Leave the STORM plugged in for about 2 hours for the update to take hold. It will then be safe to take outside and test.

I've just seen your answer.
I connected the device to the dongle at the weekend and left it connected overnight. Now I have it rebuilt and wait for rain.
I'll call you when it rains.
