I just set-up the STORM according to the pamphlet and in-app instructions. My app says the STORM battery is full. But it's not reporting data - it's windy and raining now, and my app says 0 for both.
The light on the dongle is "breathing green" and the light on the STORM unit is intermittent red.
Please advise, this seems a common problem with the STORM!
I’d like to push a firmware update to you. Plug the Storm into the dongle for 2 hours then test before installing permanently.
@jurgen I would test the wind cup to see if it still spins, reply back with your resusts, device name and order number and I can see what I can do.
