product failure

four days after running a sky 2 it stops working in the night.

app showed battery 60 - 70% full; whereas it had been full the previous 3 days.

no rain nor storm/lightning in the run period.

its a little difficult to believe that with all the hype on this website, the basic product fails in less than a week of use.

i sent them 2 emails. they say they will reply within 24 hours, but they have failed to reply to a mail sent a few days ago. many people complain about long times for reply to emails.

in the shipping documentation they lied about the value and the product was seized by customs.

it seems it was wrong to buy this product.

What was their response? Mine constantly goes down at night. I've moved it around the yard with limited success.

Hello Scott,

i would recommend a router connection reset. Hard reset (hold down the WiFi button for 8-10 seconds, release the button, WiFi light will be flashing red & green) the device, click menu—>[device name]—>router connection reset. Make sure your phone is connected to the correct SSID in your network.
