Wind direction and wind speed are not measured?

The wind direction and the wind speed are almost 9999 displayed during the day.
but, during the night there is not much to see 9999.
Is it because I am observing with GMT + 9?

I too have just realized that my wind speed and direction have not been registering for at least the last week, I do see them spinning on the device.

Oops, my direction is registering so just my speed is not working and it ooks as though it has been for more than 2 weeks now already, since Nov.15th.

Cartaka, I have pushed a firmware update to your Storm. Please plug it into the dongle and keep it plugged in for a couple of hours. After that, test before permanently installing.
