Rain data and wind gusts not showing up on the APP

Hi,

We have just had a dose of rainfall in the last couple of days and the Storm does not seem to register any rain data or wind gusts. It was working last time we had rain sometime ago , but all of a sudden Ive lost it.
Ive checked the station and run some water through the storm and the vanes are spinning but nothing has come from it.
Love to have this solved.

Jason,

Is the app showing --'s where there's supposed to be 00? If so, that means it's lost connection.

Delete the Storm from the app, bring the storm in and connect it to the dongle. Re-add the storm.

Hello Jason,

I would also double check your dongle’s connection to your router. Make sure that it is connected securely to your router, it may have become loose. Please disconnect this and then reconnect.
