Re-integrating Sky+STORM to Weather Underground

I deleted my PWS from WU, and tried to re-add it from the page here (My cam was not always uploading the pictures and when I tried to view the video, it always errored out (On WU website). I always kept receiving the error when I was re-adding the Station ID and Camera ID (It kept whining about the Camera ID and/or password was wrong (Which it wasn't).

So, I decided to add it in 'steps'. My Station ID was still showing in WU, as well as my camera id.

I went to http://wun.bloomsky.com/ Instead of adding both Station ID and Camera ID, I un-checked the Camera ID and associated the Station ID with my Device ID.

It was successful. Then I went to WU and edited my PWS. I then associated my current cam to the station. The PWS is uploading data successfully.

The Webcam Upload is *not* successful. I see this error "421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry". I think this is why my pictures are so 'spotty' and the video on WU fails.

The FTP error is undetermined as to what side it resides (WU or Bloomsky).

I am getting the exact same behavior. No pictures on WU from my camera yet. Hope there is a resolution and it is posted.

I would delete it and start over and add both at the same time. You can find out how to do that here.

Adding them at the same time errors out. The only way I was able to get it added was to add them one at a time.

Since the signup page (wun.bloomsky.com) is within the bloomsky domain, I'm assuming the 'issue' with not being able to add both of them at the same time lies on your end.

Forward this to your engineers to have them check it out.

What is the error message? I’d like to get that to the engineers as well.

It's working now, so I don't want to re-create it. It whines that either the Camera ID, or password is incorrect.

That's when I decided to skip the camera ID and associated the Station ID first. I waited for a bit, and then successfully added the camera ID.
