I checked the dashboard and noticed that my Sky battery is always at 80% charged (It only peaked to 100% a couple of times in the past 7 days, but then drops back down to 80%).
My STORM fluctuates between 80%-100% throughout the day.
I would have thought that the Sky would somewhat follow suit since it has larger solar panels. Before I placed the Sky, I charged it to 100% via the adapter.
Both solar panels are facing south and is positioned correctly (To match the sun path).
Does BloomSky follow the 80-40 battery rule for the Sky 1? If so, I would think there would be some fluctuation during the evening/night.

It looks to be depleting a little more normally on the back end. IT could be an issue with the graph. An overhaul is planned for the dashboard that should help. Can you get us a screenshot to your issue?
I did get it. The Customer support email is firstname.lastname@example.org for anyone else looking at this thread. I’ll get it to our engineers to see what they can say about it.
@fraggboy yes the engineers say the accuracy of the battery level is being fine tuned. Right now it’s not so precise (the 20% difference you are seeing) it should be getting fine tuned in the revamp of the dashboard happening later this year/early next year.
Thank you for your patience!
