Finally received Sky2 and Storm in Australia from Kickstarter reward. Sky2 is working, however I cannot connect the Storm. The "dongle" light does not show anything at all. Connect power, nothing. Connect wi-fi, nothing. Have poked a wire down the reset hole, nothing.
Am I missing something, or do I assume the dongle is dead. In which case, how do I get a replacement.
