Sky1 temperature & Storm wind speed not reporting

My Sky1 stopped reporting temperature (but image still available), Storm does not report wind speed and direction from day one. Have tried resetting but still not working. Can you please help check, thanks.

On the Storm, you do have the dongle powered and connected to the router? it has to be done that way, that is how the Storm communicates to the servers. Do you have the storm paired to your Sky1?

Sky 1, do you get humidity and dew point? Probably not the dew point if the temperature is not working.

I suggest you email Bloomsky directly about the Sky 1 and see if they will replace it. their link is to the right of this page. Give them in the email your station name, location, etc so they can see if on their end, the temperature not working.

Also mention the storm issue, there has been some units not working, but do make sure the dongle is attached to your router/modem powered and the indicator is pulsing green. OH.. and how far from your router is the Storm. You might want to bring it in and charge it again .

It took me 3 tries to figure out that the dongle had to stay hooked up after Storm installation. I don't see where this was mentioned anywhere in the setup literature. This is something that should be stated up front. With Storm, the wind speed reads ridiculously low. I'm not totally in the clear, but 1/2-2 mph when the trees are blowing all around is ridiculous. I see I'm not the only one with this going on. It would be nice to be able to calibrate the thing for accuracy.
