Can't switch my bloomsky back to public

My Bloomsky switched to private sometime in the last month or so and I can't switch it back. The device is working and I can see timelapes on the web, but it does not appear on the map. I can connect to it using the app on Android, but when I move the switch to "Public" it doesn't stick. The app knows that it is my Bloomsky and the status of the Sky & Storm batteries. Data is getting recorded, and I can see it through the Bloomsky Data Portal.
It was working just fine for over a year and continued to work fine after I got & installed my Storm.

How can I (or you) fix this issue.

Hey Ken,

What you may be experiencing is an app bug. I searched for your device on my personal account and was able to see your device and its time lapse. So, it is definitely set on public. May I ask what version of the app( can be found in the app menu, scroll all the way down) you are using as well as the OS and phone.
