Where's my weather station?

I paid up front a year ago, was promised shipment in September...then October...then later. Now it's 2017, no goods, no survey email to settle a delivery address - nothing. Please let me know what's going on.
I ordered for delivery to my address here in Spain.

I apologize for the delays in communication. We sent out a survey early on in the process but if you didn’t get it for some reason you can login to your Kickstarter account and fill in the survey following these instructions:

We are working through shipping issues, but we’re aiming to fulfill most if not all the orders in US and Europe before mid-February. Thank you for your understanding, we’re definitely trying to improve our user experience.

You could improve the user experience just by posting some timely updates to the Kickstarter page - let the people who got your company going know what is happening!!!!!!

I would like to ask you to tell me when you will ship the "EARLY BIRD SKYLITE KIT".
If it is not possible for you to ship it in the next 6 weeks, how can we agree on a refund of my amount.
