I paid up front a year ago, was promised shipment in September...then October...then later. Now it's 2017, no goods, no survey email to settle a delivery address - nothing. Please let me know what's going on.

I apologize for the delays in communication. We sent out a survey early on in the process but if you didn’t get it for some reason you can login to your Kickstarter account and fill in the survey following these instructions:
We are working through shipping issues, but we’re aiming to fulfill most if not all the orders in US and Europe before mid-February. Thank you for your understanding, we’re definitely trying to improve our user experience.

Unfortunately we are fulfilling Kickstarter backers’ orders before our Indiegogo supporters because the Kickstarter orders were placed earlier, but we’re working hard to have everyone’s orders filled ASAP.
