Solar Charger not working

Mark Apr 18, 2016 04:24PM PDT

I have two Bloomsky both with solar chargers and neither seem to be charging. It has been sunny the past three days and they have been slowly decreasing in voltage. Is there something I need to do to turn on the solar charging? Both have the solar panels plugged in.

I’m sorry to hear that. There is nothing you need to turn on. May I ask that you plug it into an A/C adapter to make sure it isn’t something in the device itself that is causing this?

same problem here. the A/C adapter charges the unit. It has to be the panel

Thanks Joseph. Mark, were you able to plug it in?

Same issue. The panel stopped working a couple months ago on mine. I emailed since this thread seems stagnant.
