I just got a new router/relocating my device to another location, how do I connect my BloomSky to it?

If you have purchased a new router or relocating your device to a different network, and the name and password are different from your original router you will need to set up the connection a second time. You can do this by navigating to the device settings (Settings gear>"device name") and click on "router connection reset" and set up your new device here. After the device has the new information, your device should work normally.
