To perform a hard reset, press and hold the Wi-Fi button on your Bloomsky Outdoor device for approximately 10 seconds until the power indicator flashes green. In some cases, if this does not work, please hold down the Wi-Fi button for upwards of 30 seconds. Release the button, and after about 2 seconds, the power indicator will flash green again. Shortly after that, the Wi-Fi indicator will start flashing red, signifying that your device has been reset. At this point, exit and relaunch the Bloomsky App to re-set up your device.
